Constable Millard A. Brennan
Circumstances
Constable Millard A. Brennan was working a night shift with his partner on August 15, 1951, when they were dispatched to the report of a prowler in the Churchill Crescent area of the city. They found and arrested the suspect after a foot pursuit. While driving back to the station, Millard suffered a seizure. He was rushed to hospital but died shortly after arriving. It was determined he had suffered a massive heart attack.
